DMZ LIABILITY FORMS

Although we enforce safety for every airsoft player at DMZ, we must take the extra step of protecting ourselves as much as possible and make sure you know the risks of airsoft. A signed DMZ Airsoft Liability form is your acknowledgment that you are fully aware of the risks associated with airsoft. Once we have your liability form on file, you won't have to do one again.

DMZ AIRSOFT PARENTAL CONSENT (MINORS)

If you are a minor under the age of 14, you will NOT be playing at DMZ Airsoft. If you are 14+, then you can play, but we must have your parent's consent. We want to make sure it is O.k. with your parents and they know the risks involved with the sport.
