As some of you know I moved from The Springs back to Las Vegas. I belong to the local forums out here but there arent any tech savy people. I have no replies to any of my upgrade questions!! Haha sooo I figured rather then start over on AirsoftForums I could try here first.
Echo-1 416
I already have a G&P Gearbox, Angel Custom 6.01 TBB, Angel Custom Bucking, and im usuing a 7.4 buffer tube lipo. Im changing my CA Motor out for a G&P 120 Motor and modifying the body to fit a King Arms Hop-up. Along with a Hunterseeker Z-Kit. I use it on semi most of the time. I want it to cycle very fast on semi, but I have no idea what other upgrades to get. Im trying to get fast cycling, great range, and accuracy altogether. I DONT want Highspeed. So what else should I upgrade?? I was thinking of a Mosfet (I have no idea which kind) and an electronic trigger or something.
Tokyo Marui 5-7
Its %100 stock. I just want durability, range, and accuracy out of this. Besides a Polycarb slide, parts & frame, and a 6.01 barrel, any ideas what I should pick up?? I was thinking of a REAPS bucking and a metal slide insert but I dont know.
P.S. I might be comin out to visit my friends in The Springs this summer. If I do I WILL be playing at the DMZ. I hope it hasnt changed too much!! Hopefully I see you guys soon!

Permalink Reply by JP Frith on January 13, 2013 at 6:54pm I asked about the same thing and did my research for the trigger response and cycling. For quick trigger response, check your trigger contacts and you can try your luck with a new trigger. I found a trigger that has adjustable pull to it. A MOSFET is a really good one to get the most efficient power. Next, Lipos are good, the bigger the better too. The motor you'll want is a high TORQUE motor, not a high speed motor. With that motor you may need new gears as well. I'm playing indoors so i'll be downgrading my spring to ease the pressure off my motor and gears, you may or may not. A TBB will work fine and even with a low FPS it'll get good range, the only thing is the BB will travel a little slower. Hop up will also affect range and accuracy. I don't know much about GBBs but I'm pretty sure the more you can get to metal the more durable it'll be.
